Volunteers on the isthmus at the Henry Island Preserve

For our final event on Henry Island of the year, we want to ensure that our protected lands there are as snug as possible to close out the annum. Join other volunteers for an autumn Saturday on Henry, where we’ll install some plant plugs, pull selected invasives, and work on some other tasks to prepare the preserve for the winter.

As this is an event with chartered boat transport, we encourage people who can confirm their attendance at the event to register. If you cannot make it, please do not sign up and take the place of someone who would otherwise be able to make it.

• Location: Various locations around Henry Island. Meet at Roche Harbor.
• Bring: Work gloves, lunch, water (tools, equipment, and treats provided)
