Island Marble Butterfly Seeding

October 25, 2019 at 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Red Mill Farm

Safe in their chrysalises, 18 potential Island Marble Butterflies will wait out the winter in one of SJPT’s butterfly patches. When they emerge as adults, we want them to find their surroundings enticing enough to lay their eggs on our habitat patches again. Please help Kathleen with seeding and plugging plants that are essential to their life cycle. We will be working at Sundstrom Farm Preserve in picturesque San Juan Valley.

Meeting at Red Mill Farm at 10:00am and wrapping up about noon or 1:00pm at the latest.
